Cold-Pressed Juice

Our cold-pressed juices are made fresh at the Cardinal Bicycle Cafe in Grandin Village. You can also find Field Day Juices at Crystal Spring Grocery and the Grandin Village Farmers Market.

  • The Green One

    Cucumber, Green Apple, Celery, Spinach, Lemon, Ginger

    This lighter bodied, slightly sweet, fresh tasting juice features the darlings of the green juice world. Cucumber and celery are prominent on the nose and initial flavor while lemon and ginger play a significant role on the back end. This is our most classic green juice recipe.

  • GINGAHHH

    Beet, Carrot, Cucumber, Celery, Red Apple, Spinach, Lemon, Ginger

    We used to call this juice “The Usual.” It was such a complete and perfect juice in terms of flavor and nutrients it became a part of our (near) daily regimen. This juice is full bodied and gets its mild sweetness and earthy aroma from root vegetables: beet and carrot. The ginger is especially pronounced on the finish.

  • CON MENTA

    Cucumber, Green Apple, Cabbage, Spinach, Lime, Mint

    Don’t let the spinach and cabbage fool ya, this is not a standard green juice. This juice is very light bodied, slightly sweet, extremely refreshing and finishes with a whisper of fresh mint. Cucumber is what you will notice first, followed by the tart and sweet notes of lime and green apple, the mint brings it all home.
